Ich habe die Entscheidung, dass die aktuelle Saison meine letzte sein wird, bereits vor ein paar Tagen gef\u00e4llt&#8220;, sagt Besenyei, der in seiner Karriere insgesamt 22 Mal auf dem Podium stand. &#8222;Ich werde mich jetzt mehr auf meine Familie konzentrieren und wieder mehr Airshows fliegen.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Besenyei hat alle zehn Saisons beendet und insgesamt 66 Rennen auf seinem Konto. Besenyei ist nicht nur einer der ber\u00fchmtesten Sportler Ungarns, er ist auch Gr\u00fcndungsvater des Red Bull Air Race, hat es mit entwickelt. Besenyei hatte bereits 2001 auf sich aufmerksam gemacht, als er in Budapest erstmals unter der Kettenbr\u00fccke hindurch geflogen war.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Es ist ein fantastisches Event, und ich bin froh, wie es sich entwickelt hat&#8220;, sagt Besenyei. &#8222;Mein Herz wird immer weiter f\u00fcr das Red Bull Air Race schlagen. Aber nicht als Teilnehmer.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Besenyei war auch ma\u00dfgeblich daran beteiligt, dass Budapest gleich acht Mal Austragungsort eines Red Bull Air Race war. Die Hauptstadt Ungarns mit seinem fantastischen Publikum entlang des Tracks \u00fcber der Donau teilt sich den Rekord als h\u00e4ufigster Ausrichter mit Abu Dhabi.
