In Ersingen bei Ulm ist Blobbing am Baggersee jedenfalls schon eine richtige Institution. Kameramann Hannes Staudt hat einen Selbstversuch gewagt…

Take a stunning ride with Marc „Leon“ Mathis and the P51 „Nooky Booky“ as well as George Perez with th P40 Warhawk „Little Jeanne“ and watch them formation flying or doing aerobatics from out of the cockpits view.
The footage was taken together with Marc and George while they performed together at Airclassics Gelnhausen Airshow. The Douglas Skyraider was also part of the formation.
So if you ever wondered what it would be like to ride a P51 or a P40 Warbird – just „take a seat in the P51“ and enjoy!
