Am Samstag und am Sonntag gibt es von 10 bis 18 Uhr auf dem Festgelände im Südbereich des Flughafens Aktivitäten für alle – und natürlich zahlreiche Flugzeuge zu bestaunen. Für die kleinen Besucher sind Bastel- und Malaktionen vorgesehen. Während der Veranstaltung findet ein Reisemarkt in den Sheltern statt. Im Rahmen einer Ausbildungsmesse präsentieren Firmen – unter anderem Zoll und Bundeswehr – Berufe im flugaffinen Bereich. Abgerundet wird das ereignisreiche Wochenende, zu dem rund 50.000 Besucher erwartet werden, durch mehrere Flugvorführungen. Dabei sind bekannte Piloten wie Matthias Dolderer vom Red Bull Air Race-Team im Einsatz.
